Fresh Meat Mart operates as a halal meat delivery service. We do not stock or store meat products ourselves. All orders are collected fresh from trusted, halal-certified local butcher shops based on customer requests and availability.

2. Order Confirmation

  • All pre-orders are subject to confirmation and product availability from our partner butcher shops.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via phone, email, or message.

3. Payment

  • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your pre-order.

  • Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

  • Prices may vary depending on market rates, butcher pricing, and product availability.

4. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to butcher preparation times, traffic, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details and contact information.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-orders may only be cancelled within a limited time after placing the order.

  • Once the order has been confirmed with the butcher shop and preparation has started, cancellations or refunds may not be possible.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Product Availability

  • Certain cuts or products may occasionally be unavailable due to supplier limitations.

  • In such cases, customers will be informed and offered a suitable replacement or refund option.

7. Quality & Halal Assurance

  • All products are sourced from trusted halal-certified local butcher shops.

  • Fresh Meat Mart acts as a delivery and collection service and relies on partner butchers for product preparation and certification.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Checking their order upon delivery.

  • Storing meat products appropriately after delivery.

  • Informing us immediately of any issues with the order.
